As an added bonus, all the companies that participate in the Business Exchange will be featured throughout the September mixer.

Here’s How The Business Exchange Works ...
.
In this fast-paced set-up each company will have a table to display information and MUST have two representatives. You MUST have two reps because each rep will meet half the businesses in attendance, meaning your company will make 75 – 100 contacts in less than two hours.
.
The Process is Simple:
- Rep 1’s job is to stay at your table.
- Rep 2’s job is to rotate.
- Rotations will take place every two minutes.
- With every rotation you will have 60 seconds to promote your business, and then have 60 seconds to learn about the other business.
- This process continues until every business has had the opportunity to meet each other.

- A short biography on every company at the event.The Company Biz-Card is your opportunity to outline the following information about your company: key contacts, product and service offerings and provide a short profile on your company's ideal customer
- Entrance to the September Mixer
- Two drink tickets for both participants and hors d'oeuvres
- Copy of Business Cards
- Copy of all attendee business cards collected at the Mixer will be forwarded after the event
