One evening every quarter the Chamber organizes our Circles of Influence Reception. This select event draws 300-350 people to a member business or organization. Hosting this Chamber Reception is a prime opportunity to promote your business to a captive high caliber audience while displaying firsthand the quality of your product, service and facility.

The Circles Reception draws attendance exclusively from our Circles of Influence membership, or the top 25% of the companies in the Chamber membership base. More decision-makers and senior level managers attend these events.

A special feature is our exclusive "VIP Reception", which includes attendees from the Chamber's Board of Directors and our highest level members.

Hosting is EASY:

The Chamber manages event logistics, reservations, registration and advertising. You can expect great customer service from the Chamber team. Due to the exclusive nature and limited number of Circles of Influence Receptions available, there is a $2,500 fee to host this event. Otherwise, we simply ask our Circles hosts to provide the following for the event:

- Hosts must be a current member of the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce.
- A facility to adequately accommodate 300 - 350 guests within reasonable standards of comfort.
- A separate area to accomodate 50-75 "VIP Reception" attendees
- Adequate hors d’oeuvres, and at least two (2) alcoholic beverages for each attendee.
- 2 six-foot tables for registrations.
