TARGET: TO PROVIDE A NEW SPONSORSHIP THAT ALLOWS SPONSORS TO PROVIDE FREE TIPS AND ADVICE TO POTENTIAL PROSPECTS VIA THE CHAMBER’S WEEKLY DATEBOOK EMAIL CAMPAIGN

  • To seamlessly integrate and surround a sponsor’s marketing message with popular Chamber information and updates.
  • To help sponsors keep their brand in front of key decision makers and influencers.
  • To increase sponsor credibility with potential prospects.

With the abundance of information, resources and advertising opportunities available on the Web, it is very easy to believe that marketing is all about tag lines and various techniques for improving campaign successes.  This neglects a major concept that can really build credibility, trust, and consumer confidence – free help.  By offering free tips and/or advice a business can quickly build credibility by actually providing a sample of their work or expertise.  This simple act of offering free information will set your company apart from the sea of similar companies that continually ask for business without really establishing any level of credibility or rapport.

The Datebook is designed to be an easy and reliable way for Chamber members to stay on top of what is happening at the Chamber as well as a resource for public policy information, important links, member discounts, specials, advice and various updates.  The Datebook is emailed every Tuesday at 10:00 am and is the Chamber’s most dependable publication to consistently reach a wide audience of decision makers and influencers.

Each Datebook also includes information on all upcoming Chamber events and programs, which leads to high anticipation and a high open rate on these emails.  Making the Chamber Datebook Tip’s Section an ideal way to focus the attention of a highly qualified group of business people, decision makers and influential’s on your organization's capabilities, knowledge and know-how.

FINANCIAL:  The Chamber Datebook will feature only eight sponsors in the Weekly Tip section and the sponsorships will be offered on both six month and one-year agreements.   Due to the anticipated popularity of this concept, Weekly Tip sponsorships will only be made available to current sponsors of the Chamber.  Prices will range from $5,000 - $15,000 depending on the length of the agreement and current investment in Chamber sponsorship.

STATUS: The Datebook has been redesigned and improved to accommodate the Weekly Tip section.  The Chamber has two sponsorship commitments - one for sales and one for Hispanic marketing. 

ACTION:  The Chamber is currently reaching out to our sponsors to determine if they are interested in learning more about the Weekly Tip Sponsorship.  We will form an exclusive partnership with only one sponsor in a given field of expertise and will make agreements on a first come first served bases.  Potential areas for consideration include but are not limited to:  Techy tip of the week; marketing tip of the week; fitness tip of the week; nutritional or diet tip of the week; financial tip of the week; small business tip of the week.
