Below are the award categories that your business, your vendors, your clients, or a business you feel deserves recognition, can receive. You may enter in as many categories as applicable to the nominated company. However, if you won last year, you may not apply for the same award again (c'mon, give somebody else a chance!). |

Two Award Categories:
Small Business and Micro Business
There are two levels of business that are eligible to receive awards: micro business and small business. Both micro business and small business can win in the categories of Outstanding Emerging Business, Excellence in Customer Service, Most Innovative Product or Marketing, and Outstanding Community Involvement!

Definitions of Micro and Small Businesses:

Micro Business
An eligible micro business may be a home-based, street front,
or office-based business with ten or fewer employees.
Micro businesses may be part-time or full-time businesses.
Small Business
An eligible small business is defined as a business that is independently
owned and operated and is not dominant in its field of operation.
50 or fewer employees
