Negative Unintended Consequences are everywhere! Come and learn how you can minimize the Unintended Consequences that occur all day, every day in our complex world. Once you understand how to “Take a Helicopter View of the World,” this Rubik’s Cube Effect of over 40 everyday Unintended Consequences’ will work to your advantage. We will provide the tools, tips, and techniques to, instead, understand the consequences.

How the Monday Morning Mastery Series Works:

Attend 1 or more of the workshops to help you think more strategically on a daily basis.

Attend the entire 7 class series to receive two CEU Credits from the University of San Diego and to start the process of achieving the Gold Mastery Certificate from the Haines Centre of Strategic Management.

  1. Complete the entire Monday Morning Mastery Series
    (If you cannot attend any of the seven part series, a webinar can be purchased from the Haines Centre. Chamber Members will receive a 50% discount).
  2. A Best Practices Review that includes reading books, articles, and State-of-the-Art Best Practices Report.
  3. Attend the Haines Centre's Gold Mastery Certification. It is a 4 1/2 day "Boot Camp" on Strategic and Systems Thinking on August 30 - September 3, 2010 in San Diego.
