The San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce
cordially invites you to join us for a unique Educational Workshop.
Extending your Development Runway:
A Venture Capital Perspective
.
Friday, January 8
9 AM – 11 AM
at
San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce
402 West Broadway, Suite 1000
San Diego, CA 92101
As entrepreneurs look for funding and try to extend their development, they realize how difficult the capital markets are and how difficult it is to raise money. The Venture Capital Market has dropped over $10B in 2009. This is a good time to be creative and look for alternative paths to extend your development runway. Canada and Saskatchewan have unique programs and technology that may provide different alternatives.
Some interesting facts:
1. Venture Funding in 2009 will be the lowest in 12 years…
2. Would you like to get back 74% of your salaries in a cash rebate?
3. Can you partner in technology with our northern neighbors?
These questions and more will be addressed by our panel with perspective from:
Dale Botting
CEO, Enterprise Saskatchewan and Minister of Technology
Dan Gatti
