Thanks to you and the Chamber for making the Communication Strategies Class available to your members. I enjoyed Michel and his style of teaching. The workbook is invaluable and I am already contacting some people I know to inform them about the class. I am such a believer in clear communication especially when dealing with contracts/clients.
