Registration Form
To register for one or more of the complimentary Employment Training Panel courses print and fill out the ETP Registration Form. Please note that each section of the form must be filled in completely.
Completed forms can be emailed to dholman@sdchamber.org or faxed to 619-744-7491.
Refundable Deposit
The funding for the ETP training stipulates that Chamber will only receive monies for each hour that owners were actually trained. Meaning that if a trainee does not attend class, then the Chamber will not receive trainer reimbursement from the state.
To ensure that our trainers are reimbursed for their time and expertise, the Chamber has instituted a refundable deposit for each training course. Each member will be required to remit a refundable deposit in the amount of $300.00 prior to participating in any free training classes offered. The deposit will be refunded to all members that complete each course.
We recognize that entrepreneur owners may not have the complete flexibility to fully participate in all training sessions. Accordingly, attendees will be permitted to miss up to two classes and still receive their deposit back. Regrettably, if the entrepreneur misses three or more classes they will forfeit their deposit.
