Prop 84 provides $5.39 billion for water, flood control, parks and resources projects. Water and flood control receive 45 percent of the funding, and parks and resources receive 55 percent. The funds allocated for water and flood control will go to safe drinking water, water quality, integrated regional water management, flood control and statewide planning and design. The San Diego region's allocation for integrated regional water management would be $91 million.
