The San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce (SDRCC) is calling for small and micro businesses to tell us why you are the best.  The Chamber will recognize the best in the field in the categories of Excellence In the Work Environment, Outstanding Emerging Business, Most Innovative Product or Marketing, Excellence in Customer Service, Outstanding Community Involvement, and Arts & Culture Service Award   The top three businesses in each category will be acknowledged and winners will be announced at a luncheon held on June 28th, at the San Diego Marriott Hotel & Marina.

.“This is an excellent opportunity for small businesses to stand up and be recognized, receive unparalleled exposure, and most importantly walk away with a priceless marketing tool,” said Bill Holman, Vice President of Corporate Relations for the SDRCC.

.An eligible small business is defined as a business that is independently owned and operated and is not dominant in its field of operation, with 250 or fewer employees.  An eligible Micro Business may be a home-based, street front, or office-based business with 10 or fewer employees. Micro businesses may be part-time or full-time businesses.

The Small Business Awards luncheon is presented by the SDRCC in conjunction with the US Small Business Administration, and North Island Credit Union as the title sponsor.
