February 1, 2011 Business News from the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce

Dear Firstname_Placeholder,

The Chamber just launched its new website developed in conjunction with Automatic, a San Diego-based digital agency. As a critical resource for our members we needed a website that works as hard as you do to provide information. Our partners at Automatic really answered the call by strategically planning, designing, and developing a site focused on delivering information in an engaging, user-friendly, and dynamic way.

The new site, www.sdchamber.org, is a key component of the Chamber’s strategy to provide a voice for and be a resource to local businesses with information, including business friendly advocacy, events, and learning opportunities, and highlights the beauty of the San Diego region.

Key site features include a revamped events section, with downloadable event information, the ability to schedule activities directly on electronic calendars, and automated event registration. The site also has sophisticated features including pan navigation and dynamic interactive features, which allow the chamber to highlight initiatives while maintaining mobile compatibility.

The chamber and Automatic plan to maintain our relationship and continue to expand and develop the site during 2011. Goals include increasing focus on local businesses, expanding content and increasing commercial support efforts. Click here to view the press release announcement.
