Opera Patisserie

Christmas is around the corner and “Les Buches de Noel” are here!  Simply delicious, they come in a variety of flavors: dark chocolate, crème brulee with chocolate sponge cake, or tiramisu with espresso infused almond cake and are available in sizes to serve four to six people, or eight to 10 people.

Opera Patisserie offers special chocolate truffles, hand made with the best imported chocolate from Europe. Flavored with hazelnut praline, coffee, or simply dark chocolate and dusted with pure cocoa powder, they are available in 4 ounce bag, ¼ pound ballotin and ½ pound ballotin.

In the first week of January,  Opera Patisserie will be offering their “Galette des Rois” also known as “King’s Cake”. This puff pastry cake, filled with almond cream is incredible and a tradition in France.

Opera Patisserie’s weekly lunch specials from Chef Vincent include seafood risotto with fresh salmon and shrimp, served with seasonal green salad or duck “confit” slowly cooked duck leg with sautéed yukon gold potatoes and seasonal greens, all for less than $10.00.  Don’t miss the sumptuous desserts from Opera Patisserie’s showcase, with a variety of 50 different pastries.

Opera Patisserie is open for breakfast and lunch, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  Opera Patisserie will be closed for the holidays on the 25th and 26th of December and 1st and 2nd of January.  Bon Appetit!
