Board Member Bio:

Dan Feldman, Vice President of Sunroad Enterprises

Dan Feldman is the Vice President of Sunroad Enterprises, a privately held diversified holding company founded in 1977 in San Diego.  Dan joined Sunroad in 2003, and focuses on real estate development projects, leasing of existing properties, acquisition and development of new properties, financing, and the real estate related issues of the automotive division.  In addition, he is responsible for the daily operations of the current real estate holdings.

Dan’s previous experience includes starting a software company GFE.com from 1999-2000, and working for Allied Partners in New York from 2001-2003.  At Allied, a real estate company with over $1.4 billion in holdings, Dan

was responsible for valuation, due diligence, and analyzing all acquisitions, as well as asset management. 

Dan received his MBA from the Wharton School of Business, his MA from the Lauder Institute for International Studies and his undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Economics from the University of California, San Diego.

Sunroad consists of two divisions: Real Estate and Automotive. The real estate division specializes in Class A office building development, with over 2,000,000 square feet of space completed, including the recently completed and fully leased Sunroad Centrum building in Kearny Mesa.  Sunroad Centrum was developed as the first Class A LEED certified speculative building in San Diego. Additionally, the company successfully developed and manages Sunroad Resort Marina, a 600 slip resort marina, and Maderas Golf Club, the #1 rated Golf Course by Zagat in San Diego for five years in a row.

The auto division, established in 1984, has grown to include eleven dealerships in San Diego and Mexico, selling in excess of 12,000 new and used vehicles annually.  The Sunroad Automotive franchises are Pacific Honda, Kearny Mesa Ford, Toyota/Scion Chula Vista, Kearny Mesa Hyundai, Kearny Mesa Subaru, Kearny Mesa Infiniti, Kearny Mesa Kia, Cunningham BMW, Toyota California, Toyota Los Cabos, and Honda Santa Fe.
