Chamber to Honor Padres Announcer Jerry Coleman and Rear Admiral Christine Bruzek-Kohler at the 64th Annual Flag, General & Senior Officers Ball

Join the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce to honor our region's military at the 64th annual Flag, General and Senior Officers Ball on Friday, July 30 at the San Diego Marriot Hotel and Marina. The Chamber inaugurated the Ball in 1946 to honor service members returning home from World War II.  With a tradition over 60 years strong, the Ball will once again be the military social event of the year. 

This year’s ceremony will honor Jerry Coleman, distinguished World War II, Korean War Veteran and voice of the San Diego Padres, and Rear Admiral Christine Bruzek-Kohler, Commander, Navy Medical Center, San Diego.  

This gala black tie affair is a premier opportunity for businesses, individuals and stakeholders to recognize San Diego's brave and competent military leaders. Fine cuisine, outstanding entertainment and dancing coupled with ceremony will surely make this an unforgettable evening.  Entertainment will be provided by The Mighty Untouchables.

The Flag, General & Senior Officers Ball will be held on Saturday, July 30 at the San Diego Marriott Hotel & Marina, with a reception from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and dinner, awards and dancing from 7:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Civilian and military formal attire is required.  Registration is $150 per person, or $250 per couple.
