Rachael Paddock: The Rossiter Technique

Chamber member Rachael Paddock, intuitive healer, has added a new technique to her repertoire. In Rachael’s more than 30 years of massage experience, she has never found anything quite as profound as the “Rossiter Technique.”

Derived in part from Rolfing, but much less painful, the Rossiter technique has produced amazing results in almost everyone. Performed on a mat on the floor, this technique extends range of motion by loosening entire areas of connective tissue. The technique restores movement, flexibility and circulation.

The Person in Charge (PIC) lies on the floor and does the active stretching. Rachael puts the weight and warmth of her foot on strategic areas of the PIC’s body, helping the tissue become pliable. Then she acts as a coach, encouraging the PIC to stretch for all they’re worth.

The result: a body that has lots of space inside. It becomes pain-free and flexible because nothing is cramped.

Check out the before and after pictures of chamber member Birgit Witherspoon. At the beginning of Rachael’s demonstration, Birgit tested how far her arm went back. After less than 15 minutes of the Rossiter technique, she shows how much further range of motion she has. The smile says it all!

Rachael is offering free demonstrations of the technique to groups of 5 or more. It’s entertaining to watch, and very effective work. Her regular hours are 10 am to 10 pm for both intuitive healing/massage and the Rossiter method. Contact Rachael Paddock, owner of Massage Mastery, at (619) 444-8899. www.MassageMastery.com
