In this highly interactive and entertaining event you will have the opportunity to exchange information and ideas with fellow exhibiting companies as well as the opportunity to update potential prospects on the latest products and services you have available.

Just like speed dating, the Business Exchange guarantees that you will make contacts with every participating company. Attendees network in a fun, quick, yet organized manner to maximize connections with other attendees. You will make more meaningful business contacts in one evening than your competition makes in months

 

 

 

Here’s How The Business Exchange Works ...

In this fast-paced set-up each company will have a table to display information and have two representatives.  Each rep will be able to meet half the businesses in attendance, meaning your company will make 75 – 100 contacts in less than two hours.

The Process is Simple:

  • Rep 1’s job is to stay at your table. Rep 2’s job is to rotate. Rotations will take place every two minutes. With every rotation you will have 60 seconds to promote your business, and then have 60 seconds to learn about the other business.
  • This process continues until every business has had the opportunity to meet each other.
