• Considered creative and found its success in the marketplace

Excellence in Customer Service Award

• Educated sales and services representatives who are approachable,   available, and willing to help
• High quality service from beginning to end – the amount and quality of   assistance given to customers
• Responsiveness and follow through once a problem has been identified –   dealing with situations of adversity from customers
• Provide success stories and testimonials

Outstanding Community Involvement Award 

  (A special award presented by the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce)

• Reaching above and beyond normal scope of your business operations
• Active involvement in bettering the San Diego region
• A commitment to philanthropic endeavor

Arts & Culture Service Award

• Given to a for-profit small business (fewer than 50 employees) that showed exemplary support for the arts
• Support may include volunteering, pro bono services, in-kind donations and programs that encourage engagement in the arts (i.e. ticket giveaways to employees).
• May reflect several years of service/support for arts & culture, not just one program or one year.
